 
This is a 100% cotton plus size(over size) unisex t-shirt which I have come to love to sleep in. It is very comfortable, comes below my knees, a few inches(I'm 5'5")and I would say it is about a size 3X in womens size.
Like a t-shirt, it is short sleeve, crew neckline with extended shoulders, therefore sleeve edge comes to about the elbow.
Also great for lounging around the house.
